Course Expectation

Accountability, as an individual and as a team member, is the foundation for team productivity and long-term business success. It doesn’t happen by chance. Equitable accountability, particularly in dispersed and hybrid teams, requires a virtual work structure and a sound foundation of defined rules and processes. Setting up the structure for equitable accountability takes deliberate effort upfront supported by conscious, active, day-to-day follow-up. The leader-led accountability model we will discuss in this course will provide the structural framework that is necessary for productive dispersed and hybrid teamwork. We will provide you with the steps to set it up, encouraging all team members to own responsibility for their performance. We will also discuss your role as an accountability coach, mentor, and role model.
